Purpose:

Support APAC operations by managing payment‑related queries, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Handle client, bank, and internal payment investigations (including SWIFT-related queries)
• Monitor risks, outstanding items, and reconciliation issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support customer service, Middle Office, and onshore teams
• Prepare reports/MIS and keep stakeholders informed
