Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Payment Posting Specialist.
IMPORTANT: client requires on-camera during working hours (not recording)
Roles/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Post insurance payments (EOBs/ERAs) accurately and timely
- Post patient payments (cash, credit card, online payments)
- Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches
- Identify and flag discrepancies, underpayments, and denials
- Work closely with AR team on corrections and follow-ups
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- All payments must be posted within 24–48 hours of receipt
- Zero tolerance for errors or unbalanced batches
Requrements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in medical payment posting
- Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, adjustments, and insurance payments.
