Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payment Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and optimization of our payment ecosystem. The ideal candidate has direct operations experience working for an e-wallet, digital wallet, payment service provider (PSP), payment gateway, or FinTech company and possesses a deep understanding of the Philippine digital payments ecosystem.
This role is responsible for ensuring high transaction success rates, operational efficiency, secure payment processing, and an excellent customer payment experience across payment channels.
