Payments Operations Analyst (LATAM)
Join the Payments Operations Execution team supporting daily payment operations for LATAM branches (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina). You’ll own critical end‑to‑end routines, ensure SLA performance, manage exceptions, and help drive continuous improvements in a fast‑paced, well‑controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and control end‑to‑end daily payment routines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery against SLAs.
- Monitor payment flows/queues; investigate breaks and exceptions, reconcile balances, and elevate as needed.
- Manage reference/master data: account setup/closure/maintenance; account blocks/unblocks per policy.
- Produce and analyze recurring metrics and reports to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and update SOPs; support process mapping (as‑is / to‑be).
