Job Responsibilities
The
Patrol Boat Operator
is responsible for the safe operation and coordination of patrol boat activities to ensure the safety and security of watercraft and personnel in the designated area. This role requires adherence to Navy standards and instructions and the ability to conduct rescue operations when necessary. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Patrol and Surveillance:
Operating patrol boats to visually verify that all craft in the area are operational and accounted for.
Conducting regular patrols to monitor the number of persons aboard watercraft and ensure all individuals are accounted for.
