Job Description
Support critical operations at Apotex as a Patient Support Program Operations Specialist. Drive vendor coordination and ensure efficient delivery of patient services within a regulatory framework.
As a vital part of the Apotex team, you'll oversee vendor operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical reimbursements to enhance patient access. You’ll play a key role in program efficiency and compliance throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with vendors and specialty pharmacies
• Monitor and resolve vendor performance issues
• Lead routine vendor performance reviews
• Support new product launches and vendor transitions
• Analyze and track key PSP performance metrics
