Job Summary:

• Job duties (front desk, back office, PC, admin or call center, etc.): Call Center supporting our Ambulatory Clinical Home Teams
• Estimated number of calls per day: Approximately 50+ calls per day
• Education and experience: High School graduate or equivalent with four years related experience; or college degree and 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
