Essential Functions • Identifies appropriate payment details and saves back-up as appropriate. Researches, validates and makes adjustments to payment postings. Follows up in accordance with procedures and policies with an overall goal of account resolution. • Initiates payer recoupments, payer refunds, and patients refunds where applicable.
