4.Oversee the day-to-day activities of patent litigation cases.
5.Conduct internal education and training programs for the team. 岗位要求 1.Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Law (LLM) degree from a reputable US law school.
2.Admitted to the bar as a US attorney.
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4.A relevant technical background or experience in internet/software-related matters is a distinct advantage.
