About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring that all desserts and baked goods are prepared to the highest standard and in line with the restaurant’s quality and efficiency.
