Job Title : Pastoral Support Worker – Uxbridge and Hillingdon Campuses
Location : Syon Manor College, Uxbridge, London, UB8 1SZ
Hours : 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8.30am–4.30pm)
Salary : Up to £23,500 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract : Permanent, Term Time Only
Start : September 2026

About the Role
We are seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to join our committed team, providing high‑quality support to pupils in line with our organisation’s values, policies and regulatory standards. This is a rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in helping students—many with autism or additional needs—access education, develop independence, and feel safe, supported and understood.
This role will cover both sites: Uxbridge UB8 1SZ and Uxbridge UB8 3HD.
