Salary: £100 - £120 per day
Role Overview
The school is seeking a full‑time Pastoral Lead to support attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, and the emotional wellbeing of children across the Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral support to pupils, assisting with attendance, behaviour management, safeguarding and emotional wellbeing.
- Develop and implement behaviour strategies and support plans for vulnerable children and families.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
