The Passenger Escalations Resolutions Manager – Philippines is a dual-mandate leadership role responsible for overseeing air booking, ticketing, and operational functions handled by the Philippines-based Air team, while simultaneously driving an exceptional in-destination passenger experience and emergency response capability.
