Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide friendly, respectful service to internal and external customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Ensure customers receive accurate parts, supplies, and accessories in a timely manner.
• Promote additional parts, seasonal items, or accessories when appropriate.
• Participate in phone, email, and marketing campaigns to support parts sales growth.
• Achieve individual and department sales targets and metrics.
