• Functional leadership of a multidiscipline team accountable to deliver a diverse array of previously designed, custom manufactured components to support customer maintenance needs. Implement process simplification and streamlined practices from the industry. This position requires frequent interaction with customers as well as internal operational groups as a highly strategic part of an integrated approach.
• Provide strategic leadership for multidiscipline team in the execution of Part projects.
• Achieve and maintain effective project planning, reporting management, milestone completion on time/on budget, meeting metrics, and results through influencing, actions and setting expectations.
