We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department in Yorkton, SK . This position plays a vital role in supporting our customers, service team, and overall parts operations. The successful candidate will assist in inventory management, shipping and receiving, achieving sales targets, and promoting a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Service Support
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Support service technicians and service team with parts-related needs
- Address inquiries, check availability, and process orders accurately
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments
- Accurately manage outbound shipments to customers and other branches
- Handle returns in accordance with company policies
