Qualifications
- College graduates; we accept undergraduates with warehousing/inventory experience.
- Previous experience with a Parts Department (auto dealership) or auto supply/parts store.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
- Warehousing skill and organizational skill is a must.
Job Description
- Ensure that all spare parts are properly tagged and placed in their proper bins.
- Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured at all times of the day.
- Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
- Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis, efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
- Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
- Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory.
