About the Role

Mintlayer's partner network spans wallets, exchanges, custodians, API integrators, and ecosystem protocols. The Partnerships Manager ensures that this potential is realized rather than lost as the protocol scales.

What You Will Own

• Manage the health of all Mintlayer's active partner relationships
• Track all partner deliverables and commitments proactively
• Maintain the partner CRM with current relationship status, contract terms, and expansion opportunities
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and brief the BD team
• Coordinate partner co‑marketing activities
• Build the partner onboarding process for new integrations
• Produce monthly partner health reports for senior leadership
