About the Role: The Partner Product Support Executive will provide end-to-end support to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Authorized Partners across Insurance, Mutual Funds, Broking products and other products - and resolve general queries including payouts for Partners. The role involves assisting partners across all teams with product queries, operational support, and platform-related issues to ensure smooth business operations. PPS should have a strong connect with all products stake holders. Job Responsibility: Provide Insurance product support, including quotations, renewals, and query resolution and payout queries. Assist partners with Mutual Fund transactions, platform usage, and operational support and payout queries. Provide Trading App and Demat account support, including account opening, login issues, and transaction-related assistance and payout queries.
