Job Description

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in SaaS across Partner Success, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Leadership, specifically within Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions) or high-complexity SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery, read and challenge complex solution designs, and translate business requirements into system constraints and behavior
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives with Sales, CS, PS, Product, and Marketing; comfortable owning programs end-to-end
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead executive-level conversations and detailed working sessions with partner consultants
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure, frameworks, and documentation
