Job Description
Contribute to the success of Redbirds Hockey at McGill University as a part-time Video Coach and Technical Specialist. Focus on player development and performance analysis.
In this role, guided by the Men's Hockey Head Coach, you will assist in developing long-term strategies for goalie training and performance evaluation through video analysis. Responsibilities include managing on-field team equipment, recording game data, and preparing analytical reports to aid coaching decisions. Collaboration with coaches and administrative support is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement goalie development training programs
• Conduct post-game video analyses for team improvement
• Oversee maintenance of hockey equipment
• Keep accurate records of game statistics
• Assist coaching staff with essential administrative tasks
