Job Description
Enhance resident care as a Part-Time Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator with Extendicare. Allocate staff schedules, track attendance, and support operations within our long-term care facility.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in staffing all departments at our facility. Utilize the Workday Scheduling System to assign work schedules and manage unfilled shifts proactively. You will also validate employee hours for payroll submissions and assist with administrative tasks for Clinical Leadership and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and maintain work schedules for all facility departments
• Manage vacant schedules due to absences and vacation requests
• Coordinate outreach for staffing unfilled shifts
• Validate scheduled hours and submit to payroll
