Working Schedule
- 3 Days Per Week
- Monday, Thursday & Friday
- 8.30am - 6.30pm
- Order Processing & Customer Support: Process and manage customer orders accurately, communicate order updates and delivery information, respond to customer enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Operations & Administrative Coordination: Support day-to-day operations by coordinating with inventory, production and delivery teams, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reporting, and providing general administrative support as needed.
- Documentation Management: Own the organisation and upkeep of order-related documents, customer records, invoices, delivery notes, forms and internal documentation, ensuring information is accurate, updated and easily accessible.
