Job Description

• Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care
• Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service-MRS, anticoagulation service-ACS) to patients
• Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Pharmacy & VALID AHPC with minimum 1 year of relevant inpatient ward experience
