We are seeking a relief Occupational Therapist for three partnered long-term care sites: Osprey Court, Creekside Landing, and Heritage Square. As part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will conduct assessments and implement treatment plans across various settings. The role includes providing support to clients and ensuring optimal health outcomes through personalized therapy.
