We are seeking a relief Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team servicing Osprey Court, Creekside Landing, and Heritage Square. This role offers a unique opportunity, anticipated to last until approximately August 2026. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic programs to assist clients in achieving optimal wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments for various patients

• Participate in quality assurance and program planning
