Job Description
Join ACEH as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse in a role focused on compassionate care for Family Members. Support health outcomes through direct nursing, community engagement, and collaboration.
This position requires an LPN to deliver holistic health assessments and nursing care across ACEH housing sites. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and various service providers to ensure comprehensive wellness checks and support for vulnerable populations. Your role will involve crisis intervention, health education, and effective communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
