Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking an experienced and organized Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor/Program Manger to oversee a grant-funded behavioral health program.

This leadership role combines clinical supervision, program management, staff development, data oversight, grant reporting, and community collaboration.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with in-person meetings, supervision, and program activities as needed.
