QuickBooks Bookkeeper (part-time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our client's growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
The successful candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks Online , excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
Capture and reconcile financial transactions
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Generate financial reports and management reports
Process invoices and supplier payments
