Job Scope
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as contacting clients and document management.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for the managers.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and administrative documents.
  • Assist in and attend ad hoc company events.
  • Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the managers.
