Job Description
Soliant Education is searching for a Paraprofessional for a school in the Los Altos, California area! This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Type: Contract / W-2
Hours: Full-time
Pay Range: $25-$30 an hour
Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401k
Grade Level: K-12th grade
Details and Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 with students helping them achieve behavioral and academic goals
- Assisting teacher with various classroom tasks
- Collaborate with staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals
- Must be comfortable working with students with behavioral needs
- Will aid in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate's degree or 48 college credits
- 1 year of school based experience preferred
