ENVIRONMENT: Our client, a leading investment and wealth management business, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. This is a partner and client-facing role, ideal for a technically skilled professional who also enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with a Wealth Manager and their partners to maximise collaboration, generating leads, developing tailored proposals, and gaining deeper insight into clients' financial needs, with the aim of delivering exceptional financial advice services to a diverse portfolio of clients. DUTIES: • Action requests received from your dedicated Wealth Manager/s in a timely manner. • Manage and capture prospect leads on the CRM system. • Ensuring all client information and documentation is easily and readily accessible on SharePoint. • Update and manage their CRM systems - Loading new business, switches, and top-ups. • Handle and solve client inquiries. • Respond to ...
