Job Description
Become an Emergency Services Technician at BayCare Health System in South Tampa, where you will provide essential patient care alongside a registered nurse. This is a pool position focused on night shifts with occasional weekend work.
As a part of the FSED Emergency Services at St. Joseph’s, your role will combine direct and indirect patient care responsibilities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be a certified Paramedic with both BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS certification for providing pediatric care is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Support indirect care tasks as required
• Maintain health and safety protocols in care delivery
• Work collaboratively with the medical team for effective care
• Accurately record all patient care activity
Requirements:
• High School or equivalent educational background
