A well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a fast-paced and collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide legal support to 1–2 attorneys in a busy workers’ compensation practice
+ Draft legal pleadings, correspondence, and other case-related documents
+ File pleadings and manage court submissions
+ Monitor case schedules, deadlines, and important filings
+ Manage and organize client files, including electronic document systems
+ Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars and scheduling
+ Prepare discovery requests and responses
+ Obtain and manage medical and wage records
