Job Description
**Position Description:**
+ Works under the direction of a Project Supervisor.
+ Performs the following tasks while complying with established procedures for use by attorneys in discovery and in preparation of motion, briefs, and other legal documents:
+ Review documents to extract selected data and information related to specific items.
+ Compile relevant material from computer data banks.
+ Summarize findings, highlighting notable documents for further review.
+ Attend regularly scheduled meetings with attorneys and management to discuss findings and scope of discovery.
+ Review documents for privilege according to established guidelines and criteria.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
+ Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited ...
