Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Legal Operations and Paralegal team.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk legal and operational issues.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based Legal teams to align priorities, service expectations, and quality standards.
- Execute legal operations strategies with a focus on process improvement, technology, and reporting.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee work intake, workflow management, and prioritization to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide hands-on support by stepping into operational or paralegal work when needed.
- Support and expand paralegal service capabilities for both local and U.S.-based Legal teams.
