Here’s where you'll be focusing:

• Assembling and organizing information for legal documents
• Drafting various types of legal documents and various template commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, amending agreements, and renewals according to general instructions for counsel’s review
• Managing lifecycle of various files and projects under direction of counsel
• Performing a variety of duties in the areas of corporate, commercial, marketing and advertising, intellectual property and regulatory law
