What You'll Be Doing:

• Review intake summaries and dig into medical, facility, EMS, and coroner records to identify viable elder abuse claims.
• Order and organize large volumes of medical records, building chronologies of care and flagging gaps, red flags, and inconsistencies.
• Draft and respond to discovery — Form & Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission.
• Notice depositions, prepare deposition binders and exhibits, and summarize transcripts.
