- Act as a key support to the Head of Legal, serving as a trusted second-in-command across legal, compliance, and governance matters.

- Draft, review, administer, and maintain commercial contracts, agreements, employment documentation, and legal correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate incident management, insurance claims, dispute resolution, litigation matters, and risk-mitigation initiatives.
