The Melbourne Banking & Finance team are seeking a paralegal to assist with settlements, pre-sale reviews and document preparation.

We are seeking a candidate who may have basic property-related experience in a law firm or conveyancing company, or a candidate that has secretarial experience, seeking a career as a paralegal in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position would be suitable for someone who has just finished or is finishing a TAFE diploma in Legal or Business Administration.

Key responsibilities

Obtaining Title, ASIC & PPSR searches;

Preparing documentation for settlements;

Preparation and review of PPSR releases;

Drafting loan documents and other legal documents;
