The Palliative Care Physician is responsible for overseeing the medical delivery of hospice inpatient services across various care settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and hospice inpatient units. This role ensures high-quality clinical care, effective physician supervision, and strong coordination of patient-centered services in collaboration with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams.

+ Must be a licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) in the state(s) of practice, with training or experience in caring for chronically or terminally ill patients
+ Board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (required)
