We are looking for qualified Vehicle Spray Painters who are interested in working at our clients in Gladstone, Central Queensland. Busy workshop in town. Full Time Positions & Immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include

• Prepare vehicles & vessel surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or blasting to remove rust, old paint and contaminants; and masking areas that need protection.
• Apply primers and paints including sealers and marine-grade coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Mix paints and solvents accurately according to manufacturer guidelines and environmental conditions.
• Apply protective coatings such as anti-corrosive and anti-fouling paints to safeguard against saltwater, UV radiation and marine growth.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects, perform touch-ups and ensure smooth, durable finishes.
• Maintain painting equipment including spray guns, compressors and ventilation systems.
