Summary This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, YARD, Industrial Department, Services Group in Baltimore, MD. This is a temporary appointment not to exceed 1 year, can be extended up to 5 years total an or can be converted to permanent without further consideration. Responsibilities You will be responsible for supervising a group of employees that are part of the Paint & Blast staff who performs all kinds of trade job tasks that involves the corrosion maintenance, which involves blasting & painting operations during overhauls and conversions to a wide variety of types and sizes of marine craft and vessels. Being a civilian working for the Coast Guard makes you a valuable team member.
