The Opportunity
Responsible for working independently and as a team member to powder coat/blast components, parts, pieces, and finished products to specifications. This role sprays surfaces of parts and weldments with paint, cleans, paints, and decals parts as needed, cleans spray guns, organizes decals and labels, reads prints and floor travelers, labels parts with part number, quantity, and location, and hangs and removes parts from the paint line. The role also moves materials as needed to complete loading and unloading responsibilities using hoists, overhead cranes, or other available methods on the overhead paint conveyor line, and supports other departments such as the assembly department when not working on the paint line. Other duties as requested may be performed.
