What you’ll do…
- Carry out interior and exterior painting, including preparation, priming, sanding, and high‑quality finishing.
- Complete regular touch‑ups to bedrooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain presentation standards.
- Repair and restore walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces as needed.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair tasks within your competence.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
- Inspect rooms and key areas regularly and help ensure they are guest‑ready.
- Assemble and repair furniture and fixtures where required.
- Support refurbishment projects, planned maintenance, events, and seasonal décor.
- Follow all safety protocols, use PPE correctly, and ensure compliance with fire, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
