**Job Title:** Painter
**Pay:** $32.04/hour
**Shift:** 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday
**Location:** Downtown Buffalo
We're seeking an experienced Painter to join a long-term apartment renovation project in downtown Buffalo. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently to deliver clean, professional finishes.
**Job Duties:**
+ Paint apartment units, hallways, common areas, and exterior structures.
+ Prepare surfaces through sanding, patching, priming, and cleaning.
+ Perform basic drywall repairs and touch-ups.
+ Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
+ Maintain high-quality finishes and property appearance standards.
+ Support unit turnovers and renovation schedules.
+ Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
