Job Summary
Job Title: Painter Blaster I
The Painter Blaster I role is responsible for painting parts for the production of various agricultural machinery components.
Responsibilities
- Ability to blast and paint all Salford frames and products evenly as per company quality standards.
- Ability to train other/new employees on proper painting/blasting procedures, including equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are met with all products leaving the paint line.
- Ability to load and unload frames.
- Maintain detailed records pertaining to projects including mil readings, paint consumption, and ambient environment readings.
- Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined in the handbook and departmental safety procedures.
- Clean and maintain personal painting, ventilation, blast equipment and personal protective equipment.
