Job Description
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team and own paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning lead generation and e-commerce, planning media across channels, turning budgets into measurable results, and translating data into decisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and at least one of TikTok, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Advertising.
- Run Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Manage paid social campaigns end to end: audience strategy, creative testing, budget scaling, and full-funnel structure.
- Run programmatic display and video through DV360, The Trade Desk, or other DSPs where relevant.
