We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us scale results with speed across paid channels. You'll directly work with our Growth Marketing Manager — owning campaign execution, diving into performance data, and moving fast on creative experiments.

What You’ll Do

Paid campaign execution

• Build and optimize campaigns in ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) — structuring campaign groups/audiences, setting campaign objectives, bid strategies, conversion tracking, landing pages and UTM parameters.
• Monitor daily and monthly spend pacing across campaigns and markets, adjusting bids and reallocating budget within agreed parameters to hit targets.
