Paid Media Engineer
We are a performance marketing agency that operates exclusively with AI agents. We are hiring a Paid Media Engineer to manage client ad accounts and improve our proprietary AI harness.
Responsibilities
Use the Baker platform to manage our clients' ad accounts from start to finish, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and reports.
Understand the AI harness internally, research its behavior, and propose enhancements to the development team based on operational friction.
Qualifications & Fit
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Technical background (software developer, product maker, or growth engineer) combined with experience managing high‑budget ad accounts.
- Technical founder who built and ran ads for their startup.
- Media buyer with engineering skills.
- Growth engineer who has run paid advertising.
Conditions
- Salary €40,000 – €60,000.
